Emergency Status Adopted - COMAR

On March 17, 2018 the AELR Committee approved the Commission’s request for the emergency adoption of the regulation revising COMAR The emergency period begins March 17, 2018, and expires on June 22, 2018.

Press conference information on the website which aims to increase transparency and public engagement on health care costs and quality. The site responds to consumer demand for information on cost and quality, and helps consumers factor cost and quality into their health care decisions. Among the first of its kind by any state, this site shows how Maryland hospitals stack up on these key metrics.
