The Nursing Home Chapter of the State Health Plan (COMAR 10.24.08) is being revised and updated to reflect more current utilization data as well as other changes in the long term care system. The Nursing Home Work Group is being convened to assist Commission staff in reviewing issues and policies in the regulation of nursing home services.
