  3. ACTION: Certificate of Need - Presbyterian Senior Living Services, Inc. d/b/a Glen Meadows Retirement Community (Docket No. 17-03-2395)

    Because MHCC staff is recommending denial of CON Application Docket No. 17-03-2395, Presbyterian Senior Living Services, Inc. d/b/a Glen Meadows Retirement Community was provided with an opportunity to file exceptions to the Staff’s recommendation. We asked the applicant to file written exceptions by October 10th but the applicant, on that date, requested additional time to file these exceptions, due to personal circumstances involving the applicant’s attorney. We extended the filing deadline for written exceptions to Monday, October 16, 2017. We plan on posting these exceptions on Monday afternoon and posting a written response to the exceptions no later than the close of business on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Please revisit the Commissioner’s page next week to review this additional material.
