Please return Attachment A of the referenced RFP by Monday, December 16, 2019, advising whether or not your firm plans to participate in the web conference. An invitation e-mail is required for registration, and therefore attendance. Upon receipt of the email, the Procurement Officer will reply with a registration email with a link that may be used to register for the conference. Registration must be completed by 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 17, 2019.

GRANT APPLICATIONS

MHCC 20-018 Announcement for Grant Applications:  Expanding Telehealth Adoption in Ambulatory Practices

This telehealth funding opportunity is for State Designated Managed Service Organizations (MSOs) with a robust plan for advancing adoption and use of telehealth in ambulatory practices throughout the State.  A total of $500,000 is available; MSOs can earn financial incentives based on their completion of specified milestones.  Grant applications are due by April 9, 2020 5:00 pm EDT and should be submitted to Melanie Cavaliere at melanie.cavaliere@maryland.gov.
