The Milbank Memorial Fund (Milbank) is an endowed operating foundation that engages in nonpartisan analysis, collaboration, and communication on significant issues in health policy.  Milbank aims to improve the health of populations by connecting leaders and decision makers with the best available evidence and experience regarding health care reform.  As a participant in monthly meetings and annual conferences for Milbank, MHCC shares information on health care reform activities and demonstration in Maryland.
