Chairperson Pendergrass of the Health and Government Operations Committee of the Maryland House of Delegates requested that MHCC convene a work group to study issues related to physician maintenance of certification (MOC) requirements. The work group will also study the interaction between MOC requirements and payer and hospital credentialing requirements.
