Pursuant to COMAR 10.24.01.08E(2), the Maryland Health Care Commission gives notice that the above-referenced Certificate of Need application has been modified by the applicant to reflect a pending change of ownership, with the agreement of other applicants in the Western Maryland Home Health Agency Review. The modified application, the original application, and responses to questions and requests for additional information filed by the applicant subsequent to submission of the original application may be accessed at following link: Baltimore Detox Center

 

The entire record of this project review can be viewed at the offices of the Maryland Health Care Commission, 4160 Patterson Avenue, in Baltimore, during regular business hours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, by appointment.
