In order to download any files in this section to your computer, please do the following: Hold the mouse pointer over the file to be downloaded and click the right or left mouse button, depending on which gives you the pull-down menu, and then select "save link as" from the pull-down menu if using Netscape, or if using MS Internet Explorer select "save target as" from the pull-down menu. Then specify the location to save the file. In order to read pdf files, click or double click on the file where you have saved it on your machine and wait for the pdf reader to come up. If you do not have the pdf reader installed, click on the Adobe Reader link below and follow directions to download and install it.
