  • Assess areas of operations essential to your office efficiency
  • Use your distinct assessment to evaluate potential practice management systems
  • Manually score and summarize evaluation results and use to compare the performance of individual practice management sytems
  • Use overall results to select a practice management system

After selecting a software category and ranking how important the software features are in that category, print the "Feature Scoring Sheet" and evaluate how well the software meets your needs for each selected software feature.

Print the "Category Scoring Sheet" and tally the total number of (O)utstanding, (S)atisfactory, and (W)eak software features.

Select other software categories to rank if you so desire and repeat the process.

After ranking software features for the categories you are interested in, print the "Practice Management Software Summary Scoring Sheet" to tally across all software categories, and compute the Practice Management System Total Score.

Use this score to quantitatively compare different Practice Management software applications.
