Maryland Ambulatory Surgery Facility Consumer Guide

Facility Search

1. Search by name. Enter the full or partial name of a facility. A list of all facilities with matching names will be returned.

2. Search by ZIP code. This search will return a list of all facilities within the zipcode. Only Maryland ZIP codes can be used.

3. Search by specialty. Select one or more specialties and a list of all facilities with the specialties will be returned.
